1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags, accessories, certificates, or manuals are included
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice)

Note: Custom-made, clearance, or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at luxuryclubservice@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Our support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or USDT wallet)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part

If you paid via USDT, we will refund to the same wallet address used in the original transaction. Transaction fees or network gas costs are not refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently support automatic product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
